Full Venue or Greens Hire

Our club facilities are available to hire for private functions. We can host up to 90 guests in our clubrooms and on our greens. Whether you’re organising a corporate function, Christmas party, birthday party, or team building exercise, talk to us about your plans.

If you hire our venue, your group will enjoy the full use of the club’s lounge, bowling greens, bar and catering facilities. Our rates are reasonable and designed to support local businesses. The club can provide sets of bowls, and help organise games for your guests.

Groups of up to 12 may book space on the bowling greens in daylight hours during the season. The club provides the bowls, and can also get your group started with some simple, short and friendly lessons. Access to our bar facilities is also available if required.

You can use the calculator below to work out how much it’ll cost to hire our club for your event. When calculating your fees, please be aware:

  • The minimum hire duration is 3.5 hours; you don’t have to stay that long, but that’s our minimum fee

  • We’re licensed until midnight, so last drinks are called no later than 11:30pm

  • One staff member is required per 30 guests

  • Having security is strongly recommended for night events, particularly for 60+ guests

  • The minimum security period is 4 hours, which can start at any point during your event
